What are we looking for?

We are looking for a UK HUB Manager for After Sales Service.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • You will be the after sales and service point person at our Hub customers in different UK locations, both technical and commercial side of services, ensuring compliance and improvement of agreed levels, business and customer satisfaction.
  • You will maintain frequent contact with customers, attending to their needs in terms of reporting, service, satisfaction, detecting and generating opportunities to increase added value.

  • You will master and execute the necessary actions of direct technical support in incidents, corrective and preventive through an accurate diagnosis in collaboration with the technical support team. 

  • You will develop and manage direct technical collaboration partners in the HUB, adapted to the needs and volumes of each customer to offer a service according to contracts with a focus on excellence. 

  • You will keep record, control, follow up and generate solutions and improvement proposals related to product and process incidents in service.

  • You will maintain excellent transversal relationships with the rest of the product and service units and business areas ensuring the return of experiences and their use.

  • You will generate periodic reports to the after sales management with the main technical, customer satisfaction and business indicators (contracts, spare parts, modifications, services, etc.) establishing the necessary actions and levers for improvement and growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering/Technical Engineering, specializing in electronics, mechanics, automatics. Experience and/or maintenance training in automatic installations and AGVs/AMRS is a plus.
  • Experience of 3 years in maintenance/services/interventions in direct contact with customers. 

  • Previous training and/or experience in the After Sales area and direct work with electromechanical equipment.

  • Experience in team/subcontract management.

  • Willingness to travel and provide support to customers when required.

  • Operational capacity and resolution in decision making.

  • Good interlocution and negotiation skills to deal with different customers.

  • Native language proficiency in the country of the geographical area and Spanish and English at B2 level or higher is required.

  • Other languages will be appreciated.

  • Management of Office, ERPs (SAGE and SAP).

  • Valuable Salesforce, Kollmorgen, Siemens.
